About me

I’m Cameron Fath, a former U.S. Army Ranger, media personality, producer, and entrepreneur. I proudly served nine years in the U.S. Army, splitting my time between active duty and the California National Guard.

I grew up in Thousand Oaks, California, and enlisted as an infantryman in 2014. I completed One Station Unit Training, Airborne School, and the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program before earning a spot in the elite 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. During my time in the Regiment, I served in a variety of roles including grenadier, automatic rifleman, machine gun team leader, and fire team leader. I graduated from U.S. Army Ranger School, took part in multiple overseas joint training exercises, and deployed to Syria in support of combat operations against ISIS.

After transitioning from active duty in 2018, I continued serving in the California National Guard as a reconnaissance platoon team leader. In 2020, I was mobilized to support state law enforcement during nationwide civil unrest. While serving part-time, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and worked in executive protection. I fully separated from the military in 2023, closing a chapter that profoundly shaped who I am and what drives me today.

Since then, I’ve focused on using storytelling to share the values and culture of the military. I’ve had the opportunity to host widely followed social media channels and podcasts, which eventually led to hosting Toughest Forces on Earth, a globally distributed Netflix series. I’ve also produced and hosted additional projects for organizations like Legends of the 75th and Veterans Entertainment Television.

Beyond media, I’m deeply passionate about firearms and tactical training. I currently serve as an instructor and media coordinator for Defense Strategies Group, a team of former Special Operations veterans dedicated to training civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel in firearms safety, handling, and tactics.

I’m also the Vice President of NEVCAS LLC, a government procurement company, and the founder of KITGOD, a media production and tactical lifestyle brand.
